    Maria, the fluorocarbon strings these days take the dye very well-I think in the past they were kind of light in color.

    The reason why I asked about the fluoro and the C’s and F’s is that the Merlin R-harp is supposed to have that problem, and I wondered if the Cithara has the same issue.

    The Cithara uses the Savarez strings, which are pretty much only available from International Music in Florida.
