    Do any of you guys have the YouTube link to this Alexander
    he might be of some help because I’m having a bad back right now
    This would sure be very helpful
    If not do any of you guys have a web link that I could look up

    Hi Mia,
    Alexander devised his technique in the late 19th century and I have only come across it as something taught or worked with in person. Different people have different types of poor posture and a web page will not know which one you have and so what to tell you. There may be one that tries, but I don’t know it.

    Yes, Alexander Technique is taught, usually one to one. The teacher is training your body. It can’t be picked up from reading about it. However, this is a very interesting and useful book to use along side lessons.

    Too bad I can’t see
    Do you guys think you would have an
    audio book version
    BTW I use voice over on my iPhone and iPad to read
    these posts and I use dictation on my iPhone
    If it’s an PDF or MP3 I might be
    able to meet with voiceover

    The book emma linked to is available as an ebook off amazon with kindle text to speech enabled – I don’t know if that is useful for you.
