Jazz harp – anyone else out there…*tumbleweeds*

I am new to learning jazz harp/jazz harp theory and am currently trying to teach myself as much as I can. I decided to get a theory teacher, but it still has been hard to put that theory to practice, as my instructor has never played a harp. I am wondering if there is anyone who is also trying to learn the jazz harp and wants to study together or commiserate/find joy in learning together.

I’m a harp student in college who’s only ever studied standard harp rep, but I’m dipping my toes in jazz now.. I just formed a group and I’m hoping to learn a lot from just playing with other people. I also have a book on harp improvisation that should help me out. I’d love to commiserate!
