I am looking for any information on David Watkins, a composer who
composed a piece for the Harp called ‘Petite Suite’. He won an award,
given by the Canadian Harp Society, in 1961. If anybody has any info
on him I will be most gratefull.

He lives in Wales, is setting up an International Harp Centre
there which was supposed to open this year though I haven’t
heard anything about it recently.
