Been trying really hard to figure this out – can anyone help?

In the video below, what’s the name of the piece Lavinia briefly plays at 3:57 and refers to as “romantic music”?

any help appreciated. tried a melody look up with no luck

It’s an impressionist piece piece by Jacques Ibert, Matins sur l’eau, the first of his Six Pieces for Harp.
