Ha ha, with my one and only arrangement. I only did it because I couldn’t find the music anywhere. But really, arranging music is not so difficult, all you need is a good music notation software that allows you to listen to the music as you make it. I use MagicScore Maestro, and can recommend it.

I have a few videos on Youtube:

Serenade of Water/Queen Rutela’s Theme from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j0UTw7WIzDc

    Greensleeves: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_r4UzrVvIs

The Place I’ll Return to Someday from Final Fantasy IX: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ef_Tj8hjNWo

I’ve only been playing harp since May 2010 (I’m self-taught), so I’m still pretty new, but I’m learning, writing, and arranging lots of stuff already. Those three videos are pretty much my own arrangements, though they’re all simple and short. I’ll probably have more videos up in the future, especially since I wrote a harp/vocal song I can’t wait to record. 🙂

Natalya, you play absolutely beautifully – and you’ve only been playing a few months?

And you’ve only been playing since May?? That is astounding! How much do you practice, like 5+ hours a day? Really very good- perhaps you are a virtuoso in the making! :-)

    Hi Leslie,

I got four in youtube. The first two are from a concert which I participated in, it’s was in 2008, my first year of learning to play the harp. The last two were played on my two months old pedal harp. Apologies for the poor audio, didn’t have a proper video camera 🙂

    Hi everyone,

I was cruizing on youtube and stumbled across the most breath taking performance on harp. It is by a harpist named Xavier de Maistre and he is extraordinary! Such a talented man, Please watch in awe as I did, I’m sure you’ll all enjoy it 🙂 Truelly wonderful. The piece is a harp solo of Moldau (valtava)

It is absolutely beautifully shot, from lots of different angles so you get a wonderful perspective of this genius playing. His hands flutter like dancing butterflies over those strings. I just adore his playing, I’m in heaven.

Yes, Xavier is amazing! However, the main topic of this thread is about posters here on this forum that have youtube videos of themselves. I haven’t seen Xavier post here, but there is a thread on this forum about favorite youtube harpists that you might want to visit :-)
