    I saw Russian “edition” of Salzedo’s Flight, not legitimate, but recopied ala Russe, and the tempo marking mysteriously changed from 152 to the beat to 52 to the beat, quite a difference! Perhaps they didn’t believe it could be true. However, if you are learning it for a competition or audition and have no idea of the right tempo, it could be a problem.
