I was ONLY replying to your comment about Lyric Opera Audition.
And here is some information for the audition.
“All applicants must have valid eligibility
to work in the United States. Lyric Opera will not apply for working permits
    for foreign musicians.

Did you contact to the professor at Julliard School?
It is long time ago, but the professor gave me some options.
(And I met some harpists there, and they also let me use their harps. Of course(??), I had to pay.)

    Good luck on your audition.

    Hello.
I don`t know exactly what piece you are going to learn with your students, however I am willing to help you via e-mail.
You don`t need to pay me or worry about copyright. I am a harpist who has some degrees. (But, I have to tell you that English is not my first language.)

If you need any help or questions, please give me your e-mail address.
    Thank you.

    (Sorry for my poor English.)
Both pieces are really popular and fun!!

Before I answer your question, could you please tell me about you?
Why do you need to learn before December? For recital or for orchestra audition or for fun or for school audition???

But, one thing I can tell you is…
Concerto by Mozart is one of the harp concertos you SHOULD learn..
This piece is so popular that it is always good to have under your fingers.

You don`t need to play all 9 notes, even in an audition.
Generally, omit one note. Play an 8 note pattern that is comfortable with you and make sense (just like Saul Davis Zlatkovski told you.).
Rehearsal F is really fast and 7 measure after F is faster. And getting faster and faster..

So here is what I do..
7 bar after F (I am omitting all the sharp marks.)
    FCFA/FACE//FCFA/FACE
    OR
FACF/EFAC//FACF/EFAC (If you have small hands.)

Don`t worry about not playing all 9 notes.
    No problem at all!!

As a harpist myself, I do know there are lots of great harpists who play in the orchestra or not. That is my basic thinking.

It happens anywhere.. Someone works really hard and someone is just lucky.
But I could say luck is also “extraordinary at something”

    Absolutely, The Great Sarah Bullen!!!!!
10 years with New York Philharmonic and now with Chicago Symphony.

I don`t know about 1960s or 1970s when the competition was not —-.

    I prefer an arpeggio.
(But sometime conductors want me to play some fancy stuff.)
