The only thing that could possibly happen would be that the varnish may “melt”, especially on newer harps.

This sounds to me like a 2/4 bar, though it could theoretically be a 4/8 bar as well, but 2/4 is much more common.
This is not a hard and fast rule, but the higher the number in the denominator of the time signature fraction (the “8” in “3/8”) time, the faster the tempo.
I have a Hyundai Santa Fe, which is about the same size as the Sorrento, and my Salzedo fits in there.
You may not be able to control the behavior of others, but the choice is always yours in how you choose to react to a situation.

Ken Gist has a number of arrangements for flute (or violin), cello (or viola), and harp, and they are all beautiful.
