this is a wonderful 10 minute presentation by a harp ensemble but what are the songs they are playing? Does anyone know?

They’re not songs. They’re pieces. I don’t know what they are.

They’re listed in the description. For example, “Dyads,” and they finish off with an Andean dance called a cueca. Some of the titles are in [Czech?]

Thank you so much. They weren’t listed in the description when they uploaded the video yesterday. I e-mailed them and they have now added the titles. Thank you so much.

A song’s not a song ’till you sing it……….. Other choices are “composition-performance-selection……”.

I should also add that this is something some music teacher should have taught you and didn’t. Their fault, not yours.

Thank you so much! I appreciate your willingness to help.

I am 49 and have been playing a Dusty Ravenna 34 for a year and a half. It has been well over 30 years since I have had any music experience. I had a retired teacher who was willing to get me started for the first six months as I live in a small town and the nearest teacher is two hours away. But…. I will be making that drive as soon as my new pedal harp arrives from France. Yoo Whoo! Yea Hooray!

Thanks for your patience, I love learning.

Many congrats on both your harps. I’m a LOT older than you and I’ve been playing for 4 1/2 years and trust me- it gets better and better and better! Break a leg at your recital.

    Your enthusiasm is contageous!
