Is there another type of tool we could use to tune, that would grip the pin by clamping on it?

Socket wrench . . . Did you misplace your key?

A drum key doesn’t clamp but it will work even thoughit’s a little larger than the pin.

No, but it would be nice to have a different way to turn the key.

I learned by accident that the Camac electric lever harps work with a drum tuning key.

It would be great if someone came up with a multi-harp tuning key, sort of like a Swiss Army knife with multi functions, or one of those screwdrivers that contain different size/style heads inside.

Tap and die sets have an adjustable T wrench that will fit any harp. Add a wooden handle.

Dusty Strings has a really top quality universal tuning key with a wooden handle.

In reverse, when I lost the key to wind my antique grandfather clock, I was able to substitute my harp tuner. So maybe the opposite would work—a clock key could tune a harp. Our local clockmaker has bags full of old clock keys. You could try that and hopefully find one the right size.
