I have blown 2 strings in the upper register of my pedal harp this week.

My opinion is that the harp should always be tuned to A 440 (or 441/442) whenever it is tuned. The fluctuations due to weather are just part of the territory. Don’t forget to tune with the pedals in flat position to save wear and tear on the strings.
