Rutter, Mass of the Children Harp part inquiry

Does anyone know where I might be able to acquire the harp part for John Rutter’s “Mass of the Children”. Its on the repertoire list for later this season but no parts are available yet through the orchestra and I’m hoping to get a jump-start on practicing it..any leads or help would be greatly appreciated.
