Does anyone know good romantic period music for college audition?

Mendelssohn’s Songs Without Words, several of which have been transcribed for harp; Faure’s Romance Sans Paroles, Pierne’s Impromptu-Caprice, Grandjany’s Two French Folk Songs, Debussy’s Arabesque. It depends what school you are auditioning at.

Debussy’s Reverie. Anything by Carlos Salzedo, Marcel Grandjany’s Rhapsody, that is very impressive, I don’t know if it is the romantic period though. Good Luck with your audition.

Saint-Saens Fantaisie (solo), Glinka Nocturne, and Variations. It depends what you want to show.
