I am having a fixation with Rodrigo at the moment, obviously the harp concerto is too difficult for me so perhaps I should devote my time to his Impromptu for Harp – it looks tricky to read through past the first page , so not knowing where to start, I’d like to listen to it first.

Yes. It is on Track 15 of Victoria Drake’s 1996 Spanish Gold CD (Berkeley, CA: Well-Tempered Productions, Recording no. WTP 5179). It is still available from Amazon.com and, if you choose, you can download the individual track for 99 cents.
