Replacement wheels for L&H Dolly?

I’ve got an older L&H (?) dolly with 10″ x 1.75″ wheels and wondering if it’s possible to replace the wheeels. The current wheels are hard (solid?) and have narrow grooves that tend to pick up little rocks etc., so wondering if something with gel-filled or air-filled wheels might be better in terms of absorbing shocks, dealing with stairs, etc.

Anyone have any experience with doing something like this? Are there generic wheel assemblies that would work? Since the newer L&H carts have 11″ wheels, guessing they wouldn’t work as a drop-in replacement, since the axle is in a fixed location?

A Google search for 10″ x 1.75″ wheels will return a number of viable options.
