Hello!

I’ve got a couple of bad blisters from doing glisses; they really hurt! Anybody have some quick/helpful remedies?

Not as a harper, but as a martial artist, I can tell you that I’m intimately acquainted with blisters. The only real treatment I know of for blisters is time.

For future reference, if you are performing a song with lots of glissandos, there are cork and felt picks you can buy so as not to destroy your fingers.

Hi Rod, Lyon & Healy has them at Harp.com. They’re a set of 4 white felt picks. Hope this helps.
