Can anyone recommend titles of pieces in either intermediate or upper intermediate level that are very chordal in their structure, for either lever or pedal harp?
Jerusha, two pieces that come to mind are sold as Maestoso Harp Solos ($5. ). Included are Finlandia Theme, Sibelius, and March of the Priests, Mendelssohn; both arrangements by Herald Music are quite chordal in nature.
Two pieces that come to mind are Offrande by Tournier, and March of the Men or Harlach by Thomas. Offrande is in a publication called DEUX PIECES BREVE ET FACILE and contains another piece that I never played. But the Offrande is gorgeous.
Oops, sorry. Adlais has one of those stupid accordion sites that won’t let you link to a page, but if you click Harp solos>Thomas, you’ll see it towards the bottom of the page.
