Does anyone know what year the Camac Clios were first

I bought my Camac Clio in 2004 and it was the new design. At that time there was another of previous design in the showroom to choose from. It had a little gilding and looked fancier, while the newer model was plainer. I decided on the new one based on sound alone. BTW do you use the self-regulating feature? I’d like to know more about that. Thanks!
