Perhaps because they were bought by a large corporation it seems, “sibelius” is basically offering little-to-no technical support now, so I really don’t recommend it unless you are a computer whiz. You have to pay a whopping $2.50 a minute or use slow e-mail, or rely on whoever in forums. Lousy, if you ask me. I don’t know how Finale is on support, better I hope.
