Hi all,

No one seems to have discussed this on these forums, so I thought there might be some utility in mentioning it.

There’s a free-to-download open-source music notation piece of software, called musescore.

A friend mentioned that to me recently. I want to edit a part more than pencil will allow but I’m not yet ready to plunk down on something like Finale or Sibelius, so I might give this a try.
