    Hi folks!

I live in Western NH and can’t find anyone to play with, so I’ve been considering entering the competition and harp circles at the NH Highland Games. They don’t have any info posted on their website though, simply stating that it will be made available “in late spring” — but I’m definitely a start-early type of girl!

Do any of you have experience with this organization? What music do you need to prepare for competition, and how do you know what level to enter in? (I’ve played one paying gig, the occasional piece at church, and 10 minutes at a free organ-soprano-harp recital wherein I was the soprano and the harper.) Are the people in the harp circles friendly, or are the harp circles competitive also?

    Thank you! 🙂

    Anglea,

Are you still looking for someone to play with? I live in central NH and work in western NH.
