    I am wondering what kind of microphone is best for amplication of pedal harp at a wedding performance?

    I placed a microphone (with a mic stand) near the soundboard last time. It did not seem to be professional.

    I ask the church for one of theirs and put it on the floor (no mike stand).

    Reading past threads did give me a lot of insights too. Perhaps I should go to

    buy a tie-clip mic or a pick-up from local music stores. Any recommendations for

    the brand/model?
