    I play on a university harp in a local orchestra and I have advised them about harp maintenance.

    Some music buildings have climate control for the whole building. Have you checked with maintenance if they have humidification, and if it would be easy to install? The pianos need it just as much as the harp. If the harp is kept covered, then the largest dampits might help a little.
