M.E.L.T. Method – Treatment for Hands and Feet

I had some “trigger finger” issues last spring, and the M.E.L.T. (myofascial energetic length technique) Method hand and foot treatment kit was recommended to me by a local chiropractor. (https://www.meltmethod.com/store/MM00002) This alone did not cure me, as I ended up going to a hand specialist for Kenalog (steroid) injections which thankfully did the trick. I am, however, still performing the M.E.L.T. routine each day before or after practicing. It really does make my wrists, hands, and fingers feel much more comfortable and flexible. I’m hoping this will prevent a recurrence of further trouble. Thought I would share my experience concerning this treatment with the HC community in case it might help someone else. P.S.
