Can anyone suggest someone? Is it possible to Teach oneself? I would

like my young children to learn this instrument too, if it interests

them.

Julie, type Rita Costanzi on your computer and you will be connected to the web site and many other press releases about this fine harpist in Vancouver, B.C. She has taught all ages of harp players for many years and will know who teaches in Ontario. She would also answer any questions you might have, about starting to learn the harp. Best wishes!

I would also try contacting Judy Loman in Toronto. I don’t know if they are doing this at U

of Toronto, but some universities are starting to use video technology to teach people in

smaller communities. Rita Costanzi and I both teach harp at UBC, and our Dean of Music

has said he would be interested in setting up video-conferencing for teaching.
