My sister and I made the trip to Chicago on Thursday, visited Lyon & Healy on Friday morning . What a fantastic experience! I didn’t want to leave! Because of the sale the new Chicago’s flew out of there so none were left to try but I did try an ebony Chicago EX CPO along with the lovely natural Style 15; I chose the 15! As Nancy says she’s like a brand new harp and a great fit for me. The tour was fabulous and we also enjoyed looking through the music to our hearts content; my sister is an accomplished flutist. After leaving L & H (they were closing early for the holiday) we enjoyed the Art Institute, pizza, shopping and the city; it was a wonderful trip! Hope the photo comes through.

Congratulations on your new harp! Wow–how beautiful!! I’m so glad that you got to experience the factory and the tour. Nancy was very helpful when I was at the factory choosing my new harp a few weeks ago. The L&H staff has always been so great to work with. I hope your harp brings you many years of musical enjoyment!

Thanks everyone, depending on the weather it should arrive probably week after next. We’re getting the rain again in NW Florida so maybe the temps will stay in the eighties.

Ah wow that is awesome! I’m going to L&H today, sooo excited! I was hoping to try some of the Chicago line, I thought Nancy had said that they have a Concertino there (which is what I was really hoping to try out) but that was a week or so ago so maybe its been sold :/ Nonetheless, I’m still excited.

I’m so glad you had a wonderful trip and ended up finding what you wanted when you came out here! I didn’t even see that 15 on their website. You should take more pics when you get it! I’d love to see more of it 🙂 I always wanted to play a 15.

Here she is at L & H, she arrived on Friday the 13th, 2013 ; i didnt realize the date till I signed the invoice!! I love her so much; but pedals! oh my goodness, but I will do it!
