    I was told it would be or should be ready by xmas. That’s all I know. It’s very close to ready.

    Just went to the link, and since it will be available on Amazon.com I’ll have some chance of getting it before the holiday, if it gets to them on time. Hoping…..

    I’m not sure if one can order through Amazon alone or if one has to go to this site first. Haven’t been told the exact details.

    I got my email today, and it’s already been ordered! Available on Amazon, for a very appropriate price, IMO.
    Can’t wait until my teacher reads it, so I can borrow it and read it myself!

    Oh, but you will definitely want to own your own copy. You will re-read it many times, I predict. Yes, it just became available today! We must sell thousands of copies to replenish the fund that published it.
