Hello, I am looking to either purchase a second hand or rent to own a student pedal harp for my daughter who will be studying music in Waterloo Belgium. Does anyone have any advice/recommendation?

Any advice/help is appreciated.

You may try De Zingende Snaar in the Netherlands https://www.zingendesnaar.nl/pre-owned.html At the moment there are two pre-owned pedal harps. It’s a reputable harp shop.

The Netherlands lie directly north of Belgium.
