Hello all! I will be attending Somerset on Saturday and I was wondering if I should take my harp? If no one is interested, I will likely leave it at home. I live 30 minutes from Alexandria, VA, so if anyone wanted to drop by during the week, they’re more than welcome. The harp is a Stoney End Marion. Send me an email if you’re interested. :-)

I believe it would be best not to bring a harp for sale to the event.

On the other hand… if you’re attending workshops that are hands on, bringing a harp to play is a very good thing.

    One more thought…

If you’ve got an extra harp, or one you won’t be using full time at the conference, you can “share” your harp with folk who couldn’t transport theirs.

This is a good point! I won’t advertise while there. :-)

I read the FAQs and apparently there is a vendor that will rent harps to people who could not bring their own. Should be a fun week!
