    I’m pleased to announce that the American Harp Society Greater Seattle Chapter is sponsoring a competition for composers to encourage the writing of new music for intermediate level harp (both lever and pedal.)

    For details of the competition please go to our website http://www.ahsseattle.org and click on the link “Competition” near the top of the page. If you know of composers who might have interest please forward this information to them. The winner will get their piece published and recorded for television along with a small cash prize.

    I am wondering your competition is geared toward novice beginning composers or experienced professionals.
