ParticipantIs anyone else finding that their issue of Harp Column is weeks late? This happened for the last two issues and seems to be happening with the latest issue too. Am I the only one receiving it so late?

ParticipantI haven’t got mine either. I got a letter saying that I should renew my subscription, but last December I paid for 12 months (6 issues) so it’s can’t have expired yet. I don’t know what’s going on.

MemberSame here. My issues of HC started to arrive late back in March. This issue seems to especially late though.

KeymasterWe apologize for any delay in your latest Harp Column issue. The magazines are usually mailed out by the 15th of the issue month (Sept. 15 for the Sept/Oct issue). Occasionally subscribers in certain parts of the country may experience delays based on their location. If you have not received your September/October issue by the end of this week (Sept. 25), please contact circulation manager Carol Ringenwald at cringen@harpcolumn.com. Thanks for reading!

MemberMine usually takes several weeks after the cover is put on the web page to come, so I haven’t started to worry yet. However I am eager to read this issue’s interview so I do hope it gets here this week.

KeymasterHi everyone! I thought I would chime in and say, first of all, we are flattered that you are all so anxious to receive your Harp Columns! Thank you for the vote of confidence. We have managed to keep a pretty regular schedule throughout the years, but since we are a relatively small operation in comparison to the rest of the printing world, sometimes things can get backed up if our printer has a big job ahead of us (or if the HC staff has a particularly busy playing schedule–we are all harpists too!).
Please don’t hesitate to inquire if you think there is a problem with your subscription or you haven’t received an issue that others have, and we’ll be happy to check on it for you. Or just post a message here and we’ll reply.
Thanks!
Kim

MemberNow I’m getting a complex. Mine still hasn’t arrived. I hope it gets here soon. I have a plane trip at the end of the week and it would be nice to have something actually interesting to read on the flight.
