    Hi everyone,

I’m going to be out of the country for a little while and am going to be using a harp case. I won’t actually be shipping the harp anywhere –

Sam- The harp should fit snugly in the case so it doesn’t move around inside the case. It should be pretty easy putting it in and taking it out. The case should be laying on it’s side or on the column with the kneeblock up in the air whenever it is being transported.

Is the harp case you are using one designed for your model of harp?

You have to add some protection for the base as it is not protected at all in a hard case, so if you can find some thin spongy material to wrap around it, you will be better off. The base is where you are most likely to have damage.
