Harp by Gildas Jaffrennou in CA

Hello Everyone,
HILA came upon, in someone’s possession, a 30 string folk harp made by Gildas Jaffrennou. There is a plaque with his name on the instrument. The current owner is interested in selling. The knee block is in need of repair. It seems like a lovely instrument. If the harp were in France, I don’t believe there would be any issue finding it a new home, but in the states, perhaps not many people are probably familiar with Jaffrennou’s influence in Bretagne music historically, and harp construction books.
