I so enjoyed that story about the black Satanic Troubadour. Here’s one I found online

Does anyone know any more interesting stories? I only know of a haunted piano that belonged to one of my lecturers..

In a book of ghost stories (purported to be true) based in and around Wilmington, N.C., there is one about an Italian harpist who drowned in 1863 and supposedly still haunts the hotel (now a B&B) where he performed. The story says the ghost is friendly and helpful.
