    Kathleen- Thanks for the nice compliment. I really appreciate it. I’ll have to take a look at the LaBarre. I know the name, but I don’t think I’ve ever looked at them. Anyway, it’s nice to get another testimonial about the use of etudes. You’ve got a good teacher.

    Four of the Labarre 20 etudes (1, 13, 20 and 14) were until recently on the ABRSM exam syllabus which is in common use in the UK – they were taken off when the syllabus was revised a few years ago.
