Can anyone identify the picture (item #380112374714) under “harps” on e-bay.

Hi Kay, that is interesting. First looking at it, thought it might be Casper Reardon, but I don’t think it is. I am wondering it that is one of Robert Maxwell’s brothers, Abe or Myor Rosen.

Is a very nice picture, did you bid on it?
