I play Valse De Undines by Cecile Corbel just about every day.
Hi Deb, My favorite fun song to play is Carolan’s Dowry/Capt. Sudley.
Ken, you always make me feel like dusting off my Carolan’s Receipt book!
Hi Deb!,
Didnt know you play the Mandolin too!
Well, you made me think about it. I guess that would be “Yerakina,” a Greek song in 7/8 time. But there’s nothing guilty about it. It’s just the first thing I think of playing.
Mexican Hat Dance.
Ken, Mandolin is good for irish fiddle tunes, my favorite Carolans on mando are Morgan Megan and Sir Charles Coote.
Just e-mail me when you’re ready, Deb.
Hi Deb,
Clocks by Coldplay!
I really used to like playing this stupidly simple version of Silent Night.
Simple: Peaceful Moments by Margaret Walker. A beautiful, fun piece I can play a lot whenever I want.
