I’m getting pretty tired of having to lay my thormahlen down and put it in the case every time I move it, and I’d like to get a good padded cover something like the L&H transport covers instead, since I usually use my pedal harp dolly to move it and so don’t need a completely closed pick-it-up kind of case. (Besides, the thorm cases are just fine if I wanted to move it that way.)

Does anyone have any suggestions for a maker? I know about Four Seasons, and I’ve seen their cases. I’ve also had a suggestion for Coon Hollow Cases, although I haven’t seen theirs. Anyone else?

Should have mentioned that I can sew, but my machine isn’t very happy with anything thicker than velvet, so that’s not an option for this.

    Hi Barbara,

I would contact Dave or Sharon.

My grandmother was a fantastic seamstress and upholsterer and she made a cover for my first harp, padded and so easy to use.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Sherj, what are those slips and gowns like? There aren’t any pictures on his site.
