    I have a beautiful coffee mug from Lyon & Healy which is black with gold images on the sides of model 23 harps. I’ve had it a long time but seldom use it. I know it’s not dishwasher-safe but I can’t remember if it’s okay to use in the microwave. Does anyone else have one of these and can tell me? I don’t want to damage the cup or my microwave! Thanks!

    The ‘gold’ on the mug make it unsuitable for use in the microwave.
