    I wonder how a Dilling harp would be classified. It looks like an Irish folk harp, but the mechanism is like a single action pedal harp, only using toggles instead of pedals.

    Confounding innovative harp builders messing up the convenient harp classification dichotomy!

    I would classify larger pedal gut strung harps as classical, nothing to do with pedals.
