Where can I find the replacement piece for a Camac Electric 36 string and one string seems to have the in and out sound on just one string? I have replaced the piece but it is still here and there.

So I found out that if I take the little bit of material that is against the string and with a nail file, “sand” it down a bit, it works perfect!
