Hi
I’ve just borrowed a L&H Trubadour lever harp, and just noticed when I took off the cover that the 1st octave B is broken. I don’t have a 1st octave B replacement string, but I do have a 1st octave A. Can I use this one for a replacement, at least temporarily?

A substitution one string away is nothing to worry about. Just put the 1st octave A on and leave it there.
