Does anyone have any biographical information about Betty Paret?

    Thanks.

A search for her name turned up Greater Trenton Symphony Orchestra, where she played as guest harpist in 1930’s. http://www.trentonsymphony.org Maybe they could give you a link to her.

She was a student of Marcel Grandjany, I believe. She lived in

Lloyd Harbor (near Huntington), NY, on the North Shore of LI

through the 1950s. I was, briefly, her student. She was a fine

musician although I fear I provided little credit to her teaching

skills. No fault of hers whatsoever.

Denise, I believe that Mary Brigid Roman, who teaches at Florida State University, was a

student of hers before going to Eastman. She might be able to help you out.
