I am seriously considering ordering an Irish harp, 30 strings, nylon,

from John Chambers at Celestial Wind in Hawthorne, Florida.

Before I went any further, I would call John and talk to him on the telephone first.

Just a follow-up note about my experience with Celestial Wind and John Chambers:

I am happy to report Stephen that I too have one of John Chambers Cherub 22 string lap harps. Her name is Finola (Fin) named for my late best friend a native of Ireland. My Fin is in the process of lessons and has a beautiful voice. This is also my first harp and I’m thinking of getting the sharps installed soon.

Hi, does anyone have a string gauge chart for the Cherub made by John Chambers of Celestial Winds?

Andrew, did you ever find a string chart for your Cherub? I’m looking for one as well.
