What are peoples thoughts about the 41 L&H 14?

Those older, smaller Lyon & Healys are usually lovely to play and have a great sound. Never heard any negatives about them.

thanks Catherine, I am strongly leaning towards an older rebuilt L&H.

About that L+H Style 14 you are thinking of, does it have 43 strings? Mine does, and over the years it has become the only pedal harp I take out to play, though I have a larger harp to use for teaching. The #14

If I could afford all the harps I want, I would buy one such. There is nothing like the sound of a Lyon & Healy. I think it is the standard by which all others are measured.

Hi Deb! What kind of strings did you get on your Dusty? Did you totally decide against a pedal harp? I could see you giving up your Korrigan for pedal harp…Each harp for different types of music… How do you deal with going from one tension to another???
