I don’t tip either. Not that my harp tech doesn’t do a fantastic job, but because it isn’t that kind of a service. I would no more think to tip a harp tech for a regulation than I would tip my plumber or a jewler or my auto mechanic.
They provide a service. They charge set rates for that service. We pay that rate. End of story.
