Hi Priscilla,
The Highland harp is, indeed, very well suited to therapeutic music as well as playing for pleasure. If you would like to try one and are anywhere near Ashville, NC, you can see a Highland at the R-Harps booth at the Southeast Harp week-end, October 7-9.
