Hi – I ran your request through google pictures – here is a link to a 12 on ebay a while back – there is a picture, but the quality is not good – there is also some information about the harp in the listing

There was a very sweet lady here who had a LH 14, the “Anniversary” model
and what I am seeing in the pictures looks exactly like her harp except hers did go down to 6th E – I’m sure if you contact harp restoration folks such as Carl Swanson, you will be able to find a great deal of the information you are looking for –
