Cristina Montes Mateo – Principal Harpist of the Valencia Opera House and Royal Harpist to the King and Queen of Spain – has just released her second solo album, “Voyage,” with Cid Records. Winner of numerous harp competitions and awards, both international and national, Montes Mateo is also head of the Harp Department at the Conservatorio Superior de Música “Joaquín Rodrigo” of Valencia.
The track listing includes masterworks of the harp repertoire by Prokofiev, Sancan, Guridi, Renié, Posse, Spohr and Bach.
